CANCELLING AN ORDER:

  • Contact the company within 6 hours of placing the order to cancel it.
  • Custom-made pieces cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • Shipping is usually done very quickly.

REPAIRS OR RING RE-SIZING:

WARRANTY ON ENGAGEMENT RINGS + WEDDING BANDS:

  • Lifetime guarantee on wedding and engagement rings.
  • Contact the company at info@kingandcurated.com or (845) 440-3368 (during normal business hours) for any issues.
  • The warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear and/or negligence.
  • Manufacturing defects are covered for the first year.
  • Any repairs or work not done by the company or the designers they carry will void the warranty.

RETURNS:

  • Domestic returns/exchanges only. No international returns/exchanges.
  • Policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the original packaging.
  • Fine Jewelry is final sale items and not eligible for return.
  • Additional non-returnable items include gift cards and sale items.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for a return.
  • Personalized pieces are not eligible for return/exchange unless the company made an error.
  • Shipping costs for returning items are not covered unless the item is defective or the company made a mistake.
  • All refunds are issued the original cost minus a 20% restocking fee.
  • The company may deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet their return policy requirements.
  • Refunds are only applicable to regular priced items.

EXCHANGES:

  • The company only replaces items if they are defective or damaged.
  • Contact the company at info@kingandcurated.com to confirm the exchange and send the item to the specified address.

GIFTS:

  • If the item was marked as a gift, a gift credit will be issued for the return value.
  • If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

SHIPPING:

  • Fine Jewelry will be sent with signature required and fully insured.
  • The company is not responsible for lost packages and cannot issue a refund for lost or damaged packages without a police report.
  • Sterling silver will be sent with out signature required.
  • The company is not responsible for missing packages.
