Many pieces are custom made and once production begins on them, they cannot be cancelled. We also try to ship very quickly.

WARRANTY ON ENGAGEMENT RINGS + WEDDING BANDS
We offer a lifetime guarantee on wedding and engagement rings. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (845) 440-3368 (during normal business hours). We are here to help!
If the issue is due to manufacturing, we will cover any repair or replacement fees. Our warranty excludes coverage due to wear and tear and/or negligence. If we feel that it is a manufacturing defect, we will replace side or accent diamonds that go missing within the first year of purchase.
Any repairs or work not done by us or the designers we carry will void this warranty. We stress the importance in choosing jewelry that is appropriate for your lifestyle.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All Duende Fine Jewelry & anything from our Formal Earring Collection are final sale items and are not eligible for return.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Returns/exchanges are not accepted on personalized pieces unless we made an error. *Personalized includes custom hand stamping, specific chain lengths, chosen platings, rings (because they are sized as they are made), etc.*
Unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake, we do not cover shipping costs for sending items back to us.
You will not be refunded any shipping costs for returns.
All refunds will be issued the original cost minus a 20% restocking fee.
If you are exchanging or asking for store credit, you will not have to pay the 20% restocking fee. You will still be responsible for all shipping costs, however.
We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Please include original invoice and the reason for your return and send to:

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. After we have confirmed the exchange, please send your item to: 530 Main Street, Beacon, New York, 12508.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be notified about your return.
We recommend shipping all items through UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for lost packages, and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. If you choose to ship via US Postal Service, do not require a signature. This will result in the package being returned to shipper. We are not responsible for missing packages.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
